iPhone 1st Generation SIM Card Replacement

Using a SIM ejection tool or a small, sturdy item like a straightened paperclip, gently insert it into the SIM tray release hole located on the left side of the device and apply slight pressure to eject the tray, then carefully pull the tray out to extract the SIM card.

Begin the process by carefully disconnecting the 12-volt battery, ensuring proper insulation of the terminals to prevent short circuits, then detach the oxygen sensor using a 13mm wrench, noting its location for reinstallation, and finally, remove the catalytic converter assembly, supporting its weight to avoid strain on the exhaust system.Using a SIM card eject tool or a straightened paper clip, gently push into the aperture located adjacent to the headphone jack.
Using gentle pressure, depress the paper clip to eject the SIM card tray.

Using a 5/32-inch hex key, carefully loosen the four screws securing the fan assembly to the motor housing; ensure you do not overtighten when reassembling, as this could damage the plastic threads.Using your fingers, carefully eject the SIM card tray from the iPhone by sliding it outward.
