• The warranty period begins from the delivery date of the
first shipment or 5 days from shipment date, whichever is earlier.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused during shipping or
transit.
• Customers must verify package contents before accepting
delivery.
• Do not accept delivery if the package looks tampered,
opened, or damaged.
• Returned products must be securely packed similar to
original packaging.
• Sahii.in is not responsible for damage caused by improper
packaging or mishandling.
• If any warranty seal or tamper-proof sticker is broken or
removed, the warranty becomes void.
• Some items have multiple seals; all must remain intact.
• Verify compatibility with your device before ordering.
• Sahii.in is not responsible for issues due to incorrect
model selection.
• Some replacement combo display folders may not support
sensors like in-display fingerprint or proximity sensors.
• Battery capacity (mAh) may slightly differ from the
original battery.
• Flex cables, PCBs, and modules may not include
pre-installed components.
• Full body panels do not include side or middle keys unless
specified.
• Customers must bear shipping charges for warranty
returns.
• Inspection by our technical team may take up to 10
business days.
• Products sent for repair/replacement must be collected
within 14 days of arrival.
• Unclaimed products after 14 days will be disposed of
without notice.
• No storage charges apply, but no further action is
possible after disposal.
• Product images on the website are for reference only and
may differ from actual items.
• Protective films and warranty seals on LCDs or
touchscreens must be intact.
• No tampering or repositioning of seals or protective
films.
• The product must not show any physical damage.
• No modifications, soldering, or unauthorized repairs
should be attempted.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Exposure to liquids or foreign materials
- Electrical surges or static discharge
- Improper voltage or power supply
