Begin the process by carefully disconnecting the 12V power supply, ensuring all residual charge is safely discharged before proceeding with the removal of the 2.5mm hex screw securing the fan assembly to the heatsink; use a T2 Torx screwdriver to loosen and detach the retaining clip, then gently lift the fan, noting its orientation for reinstallation, and be aware that the thermal paste may require cleaning from both the fan and heatsink surfaces.Employing either a SIM card eject tool or a straightened paperclip, release the SIM card and its tray from the device.
Applying considerable pressure might be necessary.
Using a SIM ejection tool or a small, sturdy paperclip, carefully release the SIM Card tray assembly from the iPhone's side.
